How to prepare the quotation request
Before pricing or technical confirmation, provide the existing part number or machine reference, the fixed interfaces that cannot change, the working load and speed or pressure conditions, the environment, the expected quantity, and the destination country. If you are replacing an installed component, include photographs of both mating interfaces and any known failure mode.
